According to SCOTUS.

Your SCOTUS has shown its complete and willful disregard for your rights as a parent, the rights of your child, and has provided each and every degenerate piece of fecal matter posting comments here and abroad hope for not only the future but their own current cases in court.

It’s no secret that I was a Detective for and am currently employed by a major west coast law enforcement agency and was assigned at one time to not only Robbery, Warrants, Theft, but Child Abuse and Homicide as well. I know whereof I, therefore, write.

In a strict Liberal Bent, 5-to-4, with Roberts, Thomas, Scalia and Alito dissenting, SCOTUS ruled on Wednesday that executions are too severe a punishment for raping children, despite the “years of long anguish” for victims, in a ruling that restricts the death penalty to murder and crimes against the state. So: I suppose the children themselves are evil, and their assailants should be preserved?

This sets precedent where precedent did not exist prior:

But Kennedy said the absence of any recent executions for rape and the small number of states that allow it demonstrate “there is a national consensus against capital punishment for the crime of child rape.”

That is to say, “national consensus“ now equates to and in fact trumps and exceeds Constitutional and lawful precedence.

That in and of itself is unprecedented.

This is a decision best left up to the states and the will of the electorate themselves.

JAPANESE ‘CANNIBAL NERD’ WHO PREYED ON CHILDREN EXECUTED IN TOKYO

TOKYO — Japan’s most reviled serial killer – a “cannibal nerd” who preyed on primary-school girls and drank their blood – has been executed in Tokyo.
The hanging of 45-year old Tsutomu Miyazaki brings to 13 the number of death-row inmates who have faced the gallows since last August: a pace that has provoked rising criticism of Japan’s new justice minister, Kunio Hatoyama.
But even amid growing public discomfort in Japan over the continued use of the death penalty, the hanging of Miyazaki raised very little in the way of condemnation.
His crimes may have taken place two decades ago, but the mere mention of Miyazaki’s name remains sickening for many Japanese. Unrepentant throughout his long run of trials and appeals, Miyazaki entered Japan’s public consciousness as one of the worst monsters the country had produced.
A voracious sexual predator, he kidnapped girls aged between four and seven years old, molested and murdered them. In some cases he ate parts of their bodies, in others he slept next to their corpses…”

Well, this is something we don’t see every day. It is nice to know Japan is stepping up and killing the bad guys. And people argue that p0rn is safe…

Politics & Pederasty, Part II

I wrote, back on Friday, December 7th of last year, that a particularly annoying Left Wing radio – ahem – “personality” in the San Francisco Bay Area was indicted by a federal grand jury on charges of using the Internet to send and receive child pornography. His lawyer had said that the case stemmed from an “error of judgment” Ward made when he spent a few days in 2004 looking at pornography images and exchanging images with other adults when doing research for a book on hypocrisy. Imagine that.

Hypocrisy? Hold that thought. Because today, May 7th, local San Francisco news had this to say about Mr. Bernie Ward:

The ABC 7 I-Team has confirmed Bernie Ward will change his “not guilty” plea to child pornography charges tomorrow afternoon in Federal Court. Ward’s attorney, Doron Weinberg, would not tell us exactly what his plea will be, but Ward has two options – “guilty” or “no contest”.

ABC 7 Legal Analyst Dean Johnson explains, on the criminal side, they have the same result – the judge writes down “guilty”. A “no contest” plea helps Ward if there were a civil suit; it’s not an admission of liability.

After Ward’s appearance tomorrow, he will have to report to the Probation Department, which will prepare a pre-sentencing report. He’ll have to return to court for sentencing at a later date.

On May 7, 2008, it was reported by Ed Baxter on KGO’s morning news program that Bernie Ward will plead guilty on May 8, 2008 in federal court to the child pornography charges. Mr. Ward stated that he was doing so “on the advice of his attorney.”

Bernie, a word about “hypocrisy,” dude: you should do your level best not to perpetrate actions worse than those of which you accuse the government and political parties.

The Sociopathological Mind of the Pedo

This is why the vast, overwhelming majority of emotionally stable and healthy people in the world are so offended by the motives and urges that drive child rapists, pedophiles, child molesters and predators. The general public has an innate disdain for people that enjoy hurting children. While pedos call this disdain “hysteria”, in effort to neutralize that sick feeling people get as a result of natural instincts to protect babies, truth is, human survival is predicated on protecting and saving children. It’s biological. The instinctual defense mechanism, especially in parents, is the little voice that tells you to watch your two year old so that they don’t get too close to the road or the panic when you’ve turned your back and fear as you realize they’ve gotten to close in one split second.

These are the natural instincts of mothers, fathers and just plain ordinary, good people of various demographics, religions and race. From the gay community to Quakers working their fields, there is a general consensus amongst society that repudiates adult/child sex and holds a protective instinct that is unique unto children. Quite simply, this is because children are vulnerable, inarguably innocent and without the tools to protect themselves.

This is also why the general public is so incredibly offended when child molesters and child rapists seek to change public perception on how it views pedophilia. Pedophile’s activism is offensive in it absurdity and it’s remission of credit towards the general public’s respect for children. It’s insulting to be asked to entertain the validation of sexual abuse against children. (As if the public is going to fall under some pedo-spell and simply hand over our children to be penetrated by an adult, so that parents can somehow see the light and celebrate their child’s suffering.) While pedos justify their behaviors and “lobby” to change laws that punish such behavior, their drawing attention to pedo activism only furthers the determination and defenses of people worldwide.

Since we know that the general public views pedophilia and child rape/molestation as vile, repugnant and criminal, one must ask — why do pedophiles spend so much time and effort in trying to convince the public that sexual assaults against children are natural and beneficial to children as young as infants?

The answer is quite clear and is further substantiated by research. Typically, pedophiles and their advocates are quite simply, psychotic.

Sex offenders (and the people who support and rally their actions) would claim I’m wrong, but really, ARE psychotic people who support the victimization and brutal sexual violations against children, qualified to make that determination????

A recent Canadian study interestingly revealed that pedophiles are significantly shorter than “normal” males, have significantly lower IQ’s “and are more likely to have suffered head injuries as children.

Huh. So when’s the last time you’ve seen a classified ad looking for a babysitter with those qualifications? When’s the last time on Craigslist, you’ve seen this…

Who on earth would knowingly allow a pedo to be around their children? (Well, except for the women who stand by their pedophile family members and friends — that profile will be featured in a future post.)

The phenomenon of adults who have sexual interests involving children as partners, or pedophiles, is considered among the most sociopathological of human conditions. Considerable literature is devoted to issues and problems associated with or related to pedophilia, including prevalence, etiology, treatment, and outcome studies. The sexual victimization of children, based upon data gathered from a number of sources, suggests an intractable problem that is national in scope.

While there are various debates within the psychiatric and psychological fields as to how to classify pedophilia as a mental illness and whether how it should be labeled — one thing is certainly clear — these men (and some women)who molest and rape children are criminal. They are without remorse or empathy. In fact they blame sweet little children for the abuse in which pedos feel that children deserve. (Can you imagine?) They lack the intelligence and empathy to care if they’re hurting children and they lack the capacity to understand why they aren’t allowed to do it.

Some argue that we should just take away the mental illness label(s) for good so that pedophiles can be prosecuted for the criminals they are — never to be given the leeway, excuse or pass by a sympathic social worker, judge or counseler.

In the end, it’s not about mental labels as much as it’s about protecting children from those that conspire to brutally attack them. It’s about keeping children safe. And if the problem cannot be solved through treatment (which has been the case consistantly) and pedophiles have proven that they cannot control their urges (which has been the case consistantly), what shall we do with them? It’s kinda like this, “You don’t have to go home, but you can’t stay here — on this planet, amongst children, amongst the sane.”

Politics And Pederasty

In my portion of the Left Coast of America, a San Francisco bay area talk show host, Bernie Ward, was indicted for child porn:

SAN FRANCISCO (Map, News) – San Francisco radio talk show host Bernie Ward has been indicted by a federal grand jury on charges of using the Internet to send and receive child pornography, his lawyer said today.

The indictment is under seal, but the charges were confirmed by Ward’s lawyer, Doron Weinberg, and by his employer, KGO radio.

Weinberg said Ward, 56, pleaded not guilty to the indictment before a federal magistrate in San Francisco today.

Ward is a “famous” Left Wing talk show host in quite liberal San Francisco, a former Catholic Franciscan priest, whose attorney says:

Weinberg said the case stems from an “error of judgment” Ward made when he spent a few days in 2004 looking at pornography images and exchanging images with other adults when doing research for a book on hypocrisy.

As SNL’s Church Lady once said: “Isn’t that conveeeeeeeee-nient!”

Moreover, it’s now political and the fault of President Bush — who else?

Ponderings

Admittedly and with a bit of guilt, I have not posted to Absolute Zero in some time. Such things as Fate manages to sidearm into your life sometimes take precedence and make for diversions. And yet, in the midst of some turmoil, here I am, admiring the steadfast work, determination, courage and guts of Stitches77, Jacey and **Violet Leaves**, who essentially run the blog now. Despite this dearth of postings I still somehow manage to hold the privilege of writing for Absolute Zero and, for that, I am humbled.

It’s my time to honor and respect them, their work, their determination, their sacrifice, their persistence in the face of unimagineable odds.

All you have to do is but read these posts, their varied and numerous links, to realize and recognize not only how pervasive but how well-organized are the faces of Evil not only nationally, but globally.

Things such written here are simply not brought up or addressed in polite conversation. And there are simply, but only to the beneficence of Evil, too many people inculcated by their own personal cocoons of naivete to understand the length, breadth and depth of the salacious, frothing longings of Evil and the extent to which it will attempt to reach its tentacles into our and all societies, in order to “norm” and slake their depraved sexual desires. Evil’s nature is to take complete advantage of this tendency.

There are, in fact, Warriors For Innocence.

The proof is in the above photograph. It either elicits wistfulness for older, more innocent and happier days, or it causes lust. Innocence or monsters. It’s that simple.

And when children thought that monsters existed and parents did their best to assuage their fears — yes, monsters do unfortunately exist, yet in the form children would least expect: human, and sometimes their closest authority figures. Parents. Step-parents. Friends. Neighbors. Organizational leaders. Religious figures.

And what innocent children cannot understand is the level and depth of the plotting, tracking, cogitation and stalking that occurs on behalf of their predators.

When they are betrayed so thoroughly and so closely, why is it that children should trust those encountered in the rest of their lives?

These things and more I consider and ponder late this night. And still I shake my head in wonder that more people cannot understand and grasp the clear and obvious meanings and intents of those that would, essentially in clear, open and admitted fashions (see any number of pederast blogs) see and use children as nothing more than toys and tools to achieve an orgasm.

I made a post in October of 2006 where I recommended we refer to pederasts or pedofreaks as “meatbags.” That was my first in a few controversial posts. That garnered 45 comments. I also wrote about even writing for this blog.

I made the “What If” post on the AZ blog — and was in the process of working myself into my most controversial of posts. In the interim I wrote about The Nature of Evil in February of this year. I asked in April if Arthur C. Clarke had moved to Ceylon because he was a molester and received 84 comments. That was just the prelude.

In the midst of this was one of the most poignant pieces I’d ever read, Stitches77’s April post “A Letter To My Abusers.” I can clearly recall tears running down my cheeks as I read.

My deus ex machina came on Saturday, May 5th of this year when I wrote the “Chance To Respond” post, which directly asked molesters this question: “List for me, if you will, the personal or societal benefits of paedophilia, for both sides of the perpetrated act.” I wrote: “I solicit any and all input.”

And found myself essentially excoriated internally by some AZ members.

Oddly enough, that post garnered just about the greatest number of comments for any post on AZ: 120.

Since then my posts have admittedly been infrequent or non-existent.

My philosophy then and now has always been: expose pederasts to the light of day and let their own words and deeds define them. They will do their best, always, to sink their own ships if but you allow them.

I believed that then and I believe it now. I am not by nature a censorist. Nor do I believe in internal or external dissension. But I do believe in allowing the, to be blunt, child butt-fucking community to express itself whilst realizing and emphasizing to each and every public and private entity at large: they will tell you what they are and what they want.

DO NOT CLOSE YOUR EYES.

SIMPLY READ THE MATERIALS.

These persons are far from the norm. Again, despite my lengthy post, allow me to be blunt once more: these are Meatbags whose ONLY desire is to plunge their penis into YOUR female child’s vagina or YOUR male child’s anus. For the sole end result of their orgasm.

Wesley Dodd was correct. He didn’t deserve to live, and he was man enough to admit it.

WESLEY ALLEN DODD, SERIAL KILLER: I kidnapped three little boys, a 4-year-old, a 10-year-old and an 11-year-old. Two of them were raped and I killed all three of them.

MESERVE: Wesley Allen Dodd was executed shortly after this interview. He molested dozens of children before killing three of them.

DODD: These kept aggressing. They kept getting labeled to all of these crimes while — what if I do a little bit more. I wasn’t doing what I was doing.

Less than four years elapsed between the murders and Dodd’s execution. He refused to appeal his case or the capital sentence, stating “I must be executed before I have an opportunity to escape or kill someone within the prison. If I do escape, I promise you I will kill prison guards if I have to and rape and enjoy every minute of it.”

He chose hanging as the method of his execution “because that’s the way Lee Iseli died”.

While in court he said that, if he escaped from jail, he would immediately go back to “killing kids.” He also requested that his hanging be televised, but this request was denied.

Dodd told the truth. All other material or writing by pederasts is extraneous and a lie. God bless those who write for and/or support Absolute Zero. You are doing God’s work.

It never stops!

I can guarantee that many pedophiles will never stop. No matter how much we watch or keep them on sex offender registries, they will not stop exploiting and using children.

Okay, so this has probably been asked here before, but I have never seen it. I just bought a very nice Digital camera, and I have been wanting to take some snap shots of some children playing. Just random photos in parks, at the beach, etc.

I know that there is no law preventing this, but do you suppose this is good idea?

This guy… I am sure he has heard that taking pictures is not a good idea otherwise he wouldn’t be asking for permission…or is he?
He very well could be letting people know he has pictures. He could be waiting for someone with a daughter to invite him over. Whatever the case, we know it is of no good intention.

I will never stop believing that we can deal with sex offenders by locking them up in state prisons for their prison terms and then transferring them to facilities for life. They can be productive, and live kind of normally but only on those grounds. There are plenty of old state hospitals and old county ran buildings locked up and forgotten about. We can use them or rebuild on the land to make room for sex offenders. I am sure they can run with minimal expense if the pedophiles live in suites where they can function with no outside internet or shopping trips. Once their prison sentences are over they would go to these facilities, for the rest of their life.
They can make their own electricity, heat, most of the food or have it delivered, and the state would profit from their activities as well.

Then we will have no more victims of pedophiles? Sure we will …but once caught and convicted they would be relocated for life.

Jack Is Back — Sort Of

Remember our good pal Jack McClellan?

Sadly, a Los Angeles judge has decided that Jack must stay away from certain delineated spots in Southern California. Poor Jack! What’s a McClellan to do now?

Oh no! He has decided to leave the Great State of Fornicalia! Zounds!

LOS ANGELES (AP) – A self-described pedophile is leaving California after a judge ordered him to stay away permanently from places where children gather, the man told a TV station for a report that aired Sunday.

“I have to leave the state, really, I can’t live here under this Orwellian protocol,” Jack McClellan told KABC. “It’s nightmarish.”

McClellan did not say where he planned to go, and he did not immediately return a message left on his cell phone by The Associated Press.

McClellan has been unemployed and living out of his car since arriving in Southern California this summer from Washington.

McClellan, 45, came to the attention of authorities for a Web site where he posted photos of children in public places and discussed how he liked to stake out parks, public libraries, fast-food restaurants and other areas where little girls congregated. His Internet service provider took down his Web site more than a month ago.

Who knows where poor Jack will go now? And the horrible order handed down by the oppressive judge? It reads like this:

But on Friday, Superior Court Judge Melvin Sandvig issued a permanent injunction and a three-year restraining order that prohibits McClellan from coming within 30 feet of schools, playgrounds and other places where children congregate.

The judge’s ruling narrowed an injunction issued earlier in the month that barred McClellan from coming near anyone under age 18 anywhere in the state. McClellan spent 10 days in jail for violating that injunction when he was arrested earlier this month near a child care center at the University of California, Los Angeles.

Sandvig’s new ruling also bars McClellan from contacting, videotaping or photographing children or publishing their photos without written consent from a guardian or parent. McClellan could be arrested if he violates that prohibition.

I really don’t think ol’ Jack will be able to comply with this order; hence, his decision to leave my state. Poor, poor Jack!
